Quick Recap:- Friday Night SmackDown:- 10/31/14
Houston, we have a problem.
SmackDown came into town on Halloween night, with the intention of giving us a quality show with some spooky surprises mixed in. It seemed like a daunting task with a thin roster being available for the show but the talents were maximized to their potential. So much so that Dean Ambrose was in the main event, Dolph Ziggler wrestled twice and a talk show gave us the answers to some questions.
Let's take a quick look at this past Friday's edition of Friday night SmackDown!
Matches
Divas Battle Royal:- The opening contest for the show had all the WWE divas in the ring, competing for a shot at the divas championship. All the divas were dressed up as part of the show Halloween theme. Nikki Bella outlasted all the divas in the match to win and become the number one contender to the divas championship.
Winner:- Nikki Bella
Kane vs. Dolph Ziggler:- A rematch from RAW's impromptu singles match. A much longer match that saw Kane dominate most of the match. Noble and Mercury played a role in distracting Ziggler, allowing Kane to hit a chokeslam for the win.
Winner:- Kane

Dolph Ziggler vs. Seth Rollins:- Seth Rollins hits the curb stomp right away for the easy win.
Winner:- Seth Rollins
Ryback vs. Heath Slater:- The recently returning Ryback interrupted Slater, who was dressed up as a Scarecrow. Ryback hits a meathook clothesline and Shellshocked for the victory.
Winner:- Ryback
Los Matadores vs. Gold & Stardust:- With the rivalry with the Uso's now completed, the Dust brothers need a new feud going forward. It seems we've found that feud as after a fun and athletic match, Los Matadores picked up the win via a rollup,
Winners:- Los Matadores
Rusev vs. Great Khali:- A quick match which saw Rusev dominate and lock the Accolade on Khali for the victory.
Winner:- Rusev
-After the match, Lana and Rusev announce their intentions of Sheamus and the U.S. title.-
Trick or Treat Street Fight:- Dean Ambrose vs. Cesaro:- In a rematch of the match that never happened on RAW, Cesaro and Ambrose engaged in a gimmick oriented but fun match. A lot of weapon use and Halloween themes such as pumpkins. Cesaro got a decent amount of offense in but it was all Ambrose who went all out for this match and was the winner with the DDT.
Winner:- Dean Ambrose
Segments
Miz TV ft. Mark Henry:- The Miz and Damien MizDow had Mark Henry on MIZ Tv to discuss his actions on RAW, when he turned on Big Show. Henry said that size is secondary to strength and that Big Show isn't that good. Eventually, Big Show makes his way out to brawl with Henry and puts Henry through the barricade to end the segment.
Bray Wyatt promo:- Wyatt comes out to the ring and takes a seat in his rocking chair. He discusses Ambrose and the mask he wears. Its something we all don't understand but deep down, Ambrose is a monster. Wyatt concludes by saying that Ambrose is different and that if anybody would be able to understand why Wyatt did what he did at Hell in a Cell, it would be Ambrose. Follow the buzzards.
