Before last Wednesday's Tampa Bay Rays vs. Los Angeles of Anaheim baseball game at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida, current Ring of Honor World champion and Tampa resident, Jay Lethal, threw out the ceremonial first pitch.
Lethal has held the ROH World championship for 387 days. Most recently, Lethal defeated Jay Briscoe at ROH's Best in the World and Kyle O'Reilly the following night to retain his championship.
The 31-year-old Lethal is scheduled to defend his championship against independent wrestling legend Colt Cabana on July 16 at Aftershock in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
