Just under one year after leaving the WWE, former Tag Team champion Curt Hawkins continues to wrestle, which is all he ever wanted to do.
While Hawkins, whose real name is Brian Myers is happy with the eight plus years he spent with WWE, he's more than happy to wrestle every weekend as an independent wrestler without the constraints of a big company limiting him.
In this exclusive interview with the Mark Out, Hawkins talks about his time teaming with Zack Ryder, his favorite moments on the indies, learning from Edge, his love for the New York Mets and more.
Listen to the interview below.
